Here are two easy ways to get information from Google Maps (maps.google.com) to Google Earth (standalone application). If you create anything while signed into “My Maps”, all you have to do is click the “View in Google Earth” link. If you are not signed into “My Maps” and you generate map information from a simple directions search, all you need to do is copy and paste the Google Maps link into the Google Earth search field.

  1. Umm, you were lost with a GPS device in hand and then had the ability to teach us how to integrate the GPS content in Maps and Earth? Impressive.
